HAVERTEX EXHIBITS AT ITCE 2008 (CAIRO)

Internal view of the expositionIl logo di ITCE 2008Havertex, leading Italian textile machinery company (it manufactures circular knitting machines that today is selling on the most varied markets, in Europe as well as in North Africa, in the Middle East and in the entire American continent), shall be present at the 11th edition of ITCE, scheduled to run in Cairo (Egypt) from February 28 to March 2.
In its exposition area (Hall 1 Booth 1A5), Havertex will introduce two proposals, both displayed for the first time just a few months ago at ITMA in Munich, and destined “to leave their mark” in the circular knitting machine sector.
The first one is named BSM 30” x 28 HS (initials standing for “High Speed”) and was manufactured for jersey production at high speed. As a rule, a higher speed implies a greater stress on the loom- But on the Havertex machines, this fact is no problem, thanks to innovative bedplates which fully exploit the pig iron technology.
The two Havertex proposals at Cairo: BSM 30x28 HS and BRTE 15x20This choice and the adopted design technology have actually permitted to reach a dual result: a very high level of structure stiffness and, to say the least, an excellent dimensional stability. And all this allowed to increase the rotation speed of the machine. An in-depth overhauling of all the parts involved in the stitch formation has in fact permitted to raise speed by 25%; what is tantamount to a higher production in the same unit of time.
The second one is called BRTE 15” x 20 and is a “transfer” machine with electronic needle selection. A perfect technological jewel, which further enhances the already highly-prized Havertex production in the sector.
They are innovative and cutting edge machines in which, in keeping with the company’s tradition, mechanics teams with electronics, computer science and pneumatics: features that have contributed to make the Havertex machines a thorough “technology jewel”, that customers can take into consideration at the time of updating their production assets, not only in a modular way, but also always on economically sustainable conditions.
